Learn yoga from the comfort of your own home! Catherine Bristol has been certified and teaching yoga since 2012 and loves to help people feel better in their body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or are a seasoned practitioner, Catherine can lead a class specific to your needs and goals. She has worked with people all ages and stages and one of her specialties is chair yoga; which is targeted to seniors and people with disabilities. The practice involves sitting in a chair and also using the chair for some supported standing postures as well, but not using a mat on the ground. Some other options for classes are beginner, gentle, hatha, vinyasa, yin, yin&yang, and even yoga for kids! Set up a class today and Catherine can craft up the perfect class for YOU!
