Weekly Online Yoga Classes
Get started on a weekly yoga routine to help inhance your mental, emotioal, and physical health. Class will be taught by Catherine who has been teaching since 2012 and she will be offering both chair yoga and mat yoga incorporating breathwork and meditation. Once you register you will be added to a private facebook group where you will have continual acces to the classes while being able to practice in the comfort of your own home. Catherines approach is very gentle with options and modifications and sutable for all practicioners no matter your prior experience or limitations.
Classes will start on January 3, 2022 and run through February 21st:
There will be 4 classes offered each week on Monday and Thursday, Chair Yoga- 8:00 - 8:45AM & 9:00 - 10:00AM. If you pre-register for the full 8 weeks then you will have continued access to the videos for the duration offered as well as the follwing 8 weeks for you to review as many times as you wish.
All classes must be paid for in advance anytime up until the day prior to the class, no refunds available and please reach out with any questions or concerns.
